New England Surf is hosting Additional Tryouts for players seeking an opportunity to be evaluated for remaining roster openings. These sessions are designed for players who were unable to attend our original tryouts or who would like to be considered for available positions within our Regional or State pathways.

Our evaluation process follows the same standards used throughout our club, with clear criteria, multiple staff evaluations, and a focus on long-term player development and team fit.

Players are assessed on more than technical ability. Coaches evaluate coachability, work ethic, competitiveness, and how players contribute within a team environment. Our goal is to identify players who align with the Surf culture while providing a positive and transparent experience for families.
