Regional Manager
Andrea is a USSF C Licensed coach with a strong background in youth player development. Having grown up playing soccer in Italy, he brings a technically focused and development-driven approach to the game. With two years at the club, Andrea has gained valuable experience in the day-to-day operation and management of a region. He provides strong leadership and is deeply committed to player development, coach support, and program stability, with a continued focus on creating a consistent, positive, and development-centered environment for every player. Andrea also currently serves as an NCAA Division I Assistant Coach at Merrimack College and is working toward obtaining his USSF B License.

2026–2027 Age Group Updates
Important Changes to Birth Year Cutoff
U.S. Soccer and most competitive leagues will be shifting to a new age group formation beginning in the Fall 2026 season.
The 2025–2026 season will remain under the current birth year rules, giving families and players a full year to prepare for the transition.
Beginning in Fall 2026, the new August 1 – July 31 age cutoff will apply.

The New England Surf City Program is delivered in partnership with Total Development Training (TDT), with TDT's experienced coaching staff playing an active role in the training and development of players throughout the program. TDT is committed to a holistic approach to player development, focusing on the technical, tactical, physical, and psychological aspects of the game. Through proven coaching methods and a player-first philosophy, TDT helps athletes of all levels reach their full potential while fostering a positive, challenging, and supportive learning environment.
Frankie D’Agostino
Frankie is the Associate Head Coach of the Men’s Soccer team at Boston College and previously served as the Associate Head Coach at Harvard University. Frankie played Division 1 soccer at James Madison University and played professionally in Italy. He holds a UEFA “A” License from the Irish Football Federation.
Tommaso D’Agostino
Tommaso is an assistant coach at Boston College and was formerly an assistant coach at UMass Lowell. Tommaso holds a UEFA “B” License from the Scottish Football Federation. Tommaso represented the USA Youth National Team and eventually went on to play professionally in Italy, Croatia, and Denmark.
