How It Works
The full 8-week plan is delivered online and is fully flexible to complete on your own time. It’s broken into two focused phases:
Weeks 1–4:
Build foundational movement quality
Aerobic base training
Foundational strength patterns
Weeks 5–8:
Sprint mechanics & acceleration
Game-like conditioning intervals
Power and speed development
Each week includes:
1–2 speed & acceleration sessions
3–4 strength/injury prevention workouts
2–3 conditioning sessions
Recovery + mobility work
Why It's Important:
Stay on top of the youth soccer curve:
Bridges the Gap in U.S. Youth Development
Most American academies lack structured strength and conditioning, putting players at a disadvantage compared to elite global standards.
Supports Injury Prevention
A consistent summer plan builds stability, mobility, and strength — helping reduce common injuries as players grow and compete.
Maximizes Offseason Progress
Instead of falling behind, players can return to the fall season faster, stronger, and better prepared physically and mentally.
Teaches Training Habits for Life
Players develop accountability, proper technique, and a deeper understanding of how to take care of their bodies — skills that carry into every level of the game.
