Overview

Whether you're a returning high school player or an incoming freshman, this camp is built to prepare you for the demands of your fall season — technically, tactically, and physically.

 

With both Daytime (9AM–12PM) and Evening (5PM–6:30PM) options, players can choose the format that fits their schedule while still getting elite-level preparation.

 

What to Expect:

  • High-Tempo Technical Training: Passing, first touch, and ball control under pressure

  • Tactical Awareness: Position-specific decision-making, movement off the ball, and small-sided games

  • Game Fitness & Conditioning: Speed, agility, and match-relevant endurance work

  • Scenario-Based Play: Training sessions modeled around real match situations

The Daytime Plan

9:00am to 12:00pm | $349

Our Daytime Plan is designed for high schoolers and incoming freshmen who want to hit the ground running this fall. These morning sessions blend high-intensity training, technical refinement, and game-focused fitness to help players step confidently into their season.

Led by top-level coaches, players will dive into:

  • Advanced technical drills under pressure

  • Tactical decision-making and game IQ

  • Functional movement and preseason conditioning

  • Competitive small-sided games and scenario-based training

It’s more than a camp — it’s your preseason advantage.

The Evening Plan

5:00-6:30pm | $149

Short on time, big on impact — the Evening Plan offers a focused, high-energy session built to help players fine-tune their game as preseason approaches.

In just 90 minutes, athletes will work through:

  • Fast-paced technical drills

  • Tactical decision-making in small-sided play

  • Position-specific reps and movement

  • Light conditioning and recovery prep

Perfect for players looking to stay sharp and confident heading into their high school season — all after your summer day is done.

Communication

Example Session

Warm-Up (10 mins)

  • Dynamic stretching and movement prep

  • Light ball work to get touches in early

Technical Work (20 mins)

  • Passing and receiving under pressure

  • First-touch exercises and ball control drills

Small Group Drills (20 mins)

  • Possession-based activities

  • Movement off the ball and quick decision-making

Conditioned Games (25 mins)

  • Small-sided games (3v3, 5v5) with touch limits or scoring conditions

  • Emphasis on playing quickly and supporting teammates

Finishing or Match Play (10 mins)

  • Goal-scoring drills or a short full-field scrimmage depending on numbers and field space
