Overview

College Preseason Clinics: Close the Gap. Raise the Standard.

Designed for current college players and incoming freshmen, these high-level clinics are the ideal way to stay sharp, fit, and ready for the demands of the fall season. Whether you're transitioning from summer leagues or preparing for your first college preseason, this program helps bridge the critical gap between the end of July and the start of team camp.

With a balanced mix of game-speed training and performance testing, players can maintain momentum, refine technical sharpness, and build the fitness base required to excel at the next level.

Why It Matters:

  • Most summer leagues end in late July — especially for D1 athletes — while D3 programs typically kick off mid-August. These clinics ensure players don’t lose their edge during that in-between window.

What the Clinic Offers:

  • High-intensity sessions focused on match fitness and physical readiness

  • Integrated fitness testing to gauge and improve preseason form

  • Technical development to increase confidence and proficiency under pressure

  • Game-focused drills to maintain sharpness and decision-making speed

What to Expect:

  • High-tempo sessions focused on building match fitness

  • Position-relevant technical reps under pressure
