My philosophy is to: 1) continue learning, so I can be a better guide to the players in their development journey; 2) be a positive part of building players’ character by providing them with a safe environment to fail, learn, and support each other; and 3) empower players with the tools to be creative and reach their potential.

I take to heart that “It takes a village to help raise a child.” Let’s all be that village for each player!
