Official Terms & Conditions 

Eligibility 

The NES Player Development Giveaway is open to soccer players who: 

  • Are between 7 and 18 years of age at the time of entry. 
  • Legally reside in Boston, Massachusetts, or in a town currently served by New England 
  • Soccer (NES). 
  • Complete and submit the official giveaway application form in full. 

Participants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate. Entry Period 

Entries will be accepted between the dates specified on the official giveaway landing page. Entries received after the stated deadline will not be considered. 

How to Enter 

To enter, participants must complete and submit the official application form in its entirety. 

  • Only one (1) entry per participant is permitted. 
  • Multiple submissions may result in disqualification. 
  • Incomplete applications will not be considered. 

Winner Selection 

Winners will be selected internally by the New England Soccer (NES) team based on the information provided in their application. 

Submission of an application does not guarantee selection as a winner. 

All decisions regarding winner selection are final and at the sole discretion of NES. 

NES reserves the right not to award the Grand Prize if, in its sole judgment, no applicant meets the standards, eligibility requirements, or program expectations established by NES. 

Prize Details 

Grand Prize 

One (1) month of private soccer training with an NES coach, consisting of: 

  • One (1) private training session per week for four (4) consecutive weeks.
  • Training conducted by the winner's preferred NES coach, subject to coach availability. 
  • Training location to be determined by NES based on the winner's town of residence and the selected coach's service area and availability. 

Scheduling, coach assignment, and venue availability are subject to NES operational requirements. 

Additional Awards 

In addition to the Grand Prize, NES reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to award additional prizes, including but not limited to: 

  • Tuition discounts 
  • Summer camp discounts 
  • Training credits

Other soccer development opportunities 

NES is under no obligation to award any additional prizes and reserves the right to determine the number, nature, and value of any such awards. 

Prize Restrictions 

  • Prize has no cash value.
  • Prize is non-transferable.
  • Prize may not be sold, assigned, or exchanged for cash or alternative benefits.
  • Training sessions must be redeemed within the timeframe specified by NES.
  • Missed sessions may be forfeited unless otherwise approved by NES.
  • Transportation to and from training sessions is the responsibility of the participant and their family.

Verification & Disqualification 

NES reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all applicants. 

Any participant who: 

  • Provides false, inaccurate, or misleading information; •  
  • Fails to meet the eligibility requirements; or •  
  • Violates these Terms & Conditions 
  • may be disqualified at NES's sole discretion. 

Marketing Communications 

By entering the Giveaway, participants may opt in to receive communications from NES regarding programs, camps, training opportunities, events, and promotions. Participation in marketing communications is optional and may be withdrawn at any time.

Publicity Release 

By accepting a prize, the winner (and parent/legal guardian if under 18) grants NES the right to use the winner's name, image, likeness, photographs, videos, testimonials, and related content for promotional, marketing, and recruiting purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. 

Modification or Cancellation 

NES reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this Giveaway at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make such action necessary. 

Social Media Disclaimer 

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, X (Twitter), or any of their affiliated companies. 

By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to New England Soccer (NES) and not to any social media platform.
