The Summer Select Training Program is a director-led, high-performance training
environment built for players committed to long-term development within the elite game.

This is not a traditional summer camp.
It is a curated, standards-driven training model aligned with the demands of MLS NEXT AD and NAL competition, designed to provide continuity within our club’s player development pathway.

Roster sizes are intentionally limited to ensure:
● Individualized coaching
● Meaningful, consistent feedback
● High-level competition within every session

Summer Select is built for players who want more than touches — they want growth.

Program Pillars

Game-Model
Alignment

Training reflects the tactical, positional, and physical demands players encounter in MLS NEXT AD and NAL environments.

Technical Precision at
Speed

Clean execution under pressure. Fast decision-making. Comfort in high-tempo situations.

Tactical Intelligence & Problem Solving

Players are placed in game-real scenarios that demand awareness, adaptability, and
accountability.

Competitive
Intensity

Sessions are intentionally demanding. Players are expected to arrive prepared to compete, learn, and improve.

Each player receives a clearly defined, individualized developmental plan based on:

  • Age
