Injury Prevention & ACL Online Seminar Series
This online seminar series is designed for players and families looking to reduce the risk of injury and build long-term athletic durability, with a specific focus on ACL prevention.
Led by expert coaches, each session introduces practical, science-based exercises and training concepts that can be easily integrated into any athlete’s routine. The goal: help players move better, stay healthy, and perform stronger throughout the year.
Players will learn:
Foundational strength and stability
Neuromuscular control and body awareness
Proper movement and landing mechanics
Strategies to reduce the risk of ACL and lower-body injuries

5:45–6:30 PM
Online via Zoom (no additional commuting for families)

Cost: $159 per family
