Overview

This 8-week Strength and Conditioning Program is specifically built for youth soccer players to accompany the hectic in-season schedule to reduce the risk of injury, keep players sharp and improve speed/power.

 

Designed for Surf families looking for structured training, this online program offers flexibility while delivering real athletic development during the fall season.

 

Players receive:

  • Age-appropriate, soccer-specific workouts (home or gym options)

  • Full weekly schedule (2–3 sessions/week)

  • Built-in progressions and flexibility to train around busy schedules

  • Warm-up and cooldown routines

  • Exclusive video demos (YouTube playlist) with key coaching cues

  • Focused development in sprint mechanics, power, and injury prevention

Why We're Different

Most U.S. youth programs overlook strength and conditioning — but at elite European academies, it’s a core part of development.

 

This program was built by Brian Gheorghiu, Surf’s Sports Performance Lead. Brian earned his Master’s of Science at the University of Bath, where he studied under professionals connected to the UK Olympic Training Center and Southampton FC satellite site. He also coached and interned at top NCAA programs including Boston University and Northeastern.

 

This isn’t a generic workout download — it reflects the same developmental philosophy used by top academies worldwide.

Two Tier Model (8 Weeks)

Tier 1: Standard Program

  • 8-week program document (home or gym version)
  • Structured around your training schedule
  • Video demonstrations
  • Monthly check-in (2 total)
  • Price: $115 (home) / $135 (gym)

Tier 2: Premium Coaching

  • Everything in Tier 1
  • Individualized adjustments (based on athlete position, goals, equipment, injuries)
  • Weekly check-in (8 total)
  • End-of-program performance report (compare start vs. finish)
  • Optional video form feedback (limit: 1–2 clips per athlete over program)
  • Price: $195 (home) / $225 (gym)
