Whether you're a returning high school player or an incoming freshman, this clinic is built to prepare you for the demands of your fall season — technically, tactically, and physically.
With both Daytime (9AM–12PM) and Evening (5PM–6:30PM) options, players can choose the format that fits their schedule while still getting elite-level preparation.

Warm-Up (10 mins)
Dynamic stretching and movement prep
Light ball work to get touches in early
Technical Work (20 mins)
Passing and receiving under pressure
First-touch exercises and ball control drills
Small Group Drills (20 mins)
Possession-based activities
Movement off the ball and quick decision-making
Conditioned Games (25 mins)
Small-sided games (3v3, 5v5) with touch limits or scoring conditions
Emphasis on playing quickly and supporting teammates
Finishing or Match Play (10 mins)
Goal-scoring drills or a short full-field scrimmage depending on numbers and field space
